Orphan Grain Train - March Update
Orphan Grain Train is a faith-based nonprofit that provides food, clothing, medical supplies, and other essential aid to people in need—both across the U.S. and around the world. Through a network of volunteers and donors, they turn surplus goods into life-sustaining help for individuals and communities facing hunger, poverty, and disaster.
We are pleased to share a unique and special collaboration of skills and effort with this project. The quilt top was pieced by Deb Geisler from Redeemer Lutheran Church and finished by Suzie Ziegler from Syracuse/St John’s Tecumseh and the pocket cross was made by Roger Potratz in Seward and donated to local veterans by the David Staenberg Foundation. This is a great example of the Body of Christ working together to serve the Lord.
